We often make the mistake of thinking we are self-sufficient. Jesus is always more than capable of handling challenge. He is All-sufficient.
The Bible is not the transcript of a 2000-year-old TED talk. It’s the transcript of God speaking with us. These words can transform us and lead us to spiritual maturity.
Romans 8:26-27 is often misinterpreted to fit the teaching on speaking in tongues or praying in the spirit but what does it actually mean ?
Jesus is the author and perfecter of our faith and He will help you to read or listen to the bible.
We want to make a simple resolve to follow Him. At the same time, we don’t want to make some casual promises. It is serious. The Good Shepherd Himself will guide us, as we make a commitment to follow Him.
Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart as working for the Lord, not for human masters
Working hard and being productive and making good use of your time is a Christian virtue, but those who look the other way and choose to be lazy and unproductive and procrastinate are doing the very thing that God hates.
As Christians, we often are too nice. Don’t do that. Always be a person who does the right thing…NOT Nice things.
