How to Request Data Deletion
To request the deletion of your personal data, please contact us using the following method:

Send an email to joshua@hopecity.org.in with the subject line “Data Deletion Request.” Please include the following information in your email:

- The email address associated with your account or the information you provided to us
- A detailed description of the data you wish to have deleted
- Any relevant account information or identifiers
What Happens Next?
Upon receiving your request, we will:
- Verify Your Identity: We may need to verify your identity to ensure the security of your data. We may request additional information to confirm that you are the account holder or have the appropriate authority to make the request.
- Process Your Request: Once your identity is verified, we will review your request and delete the relevant data from our systems. This process may take up to 15-30 days, depending on the complexity of the request.
- Confirmation: After your data has been deleted, we will notify you via email or your preferred method of contact. Please note that while we will remove your data from our active systems, some data may remain in backup systems for a limited period as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
