If you would like to request deletion of your data from our systems, you may do so by contacting us via email.

How to Request Deletion of your Data

To request deletion of your data, please send an email to:

Please include the following details in your request:

• Your registered email address
• Your name (if available)
• A brief description of your request

Processing Your Request

Once we receive your request, we will verify your identity and process the deletion within a reasonable timeframe.

You will be notified once your data has been deleted.

Technical Partner

Red Media Solutions is the authorised technical partner for Theologia.

All data deletion requests will be handled securely by the technical team in coordination with Theologia.

Important Notes

• Some data may be retained if required for legal or operational purposes
• Deleting your data may result in loss of access to certain features
